The Tom Vybíral Trio will be performing at U Staré paní. The Tom Vybíral Trio is a piano trio in which the pianist occasionally switches between the piano and the vibraphone. It was formed when three musicians met and immediately realised that they shared an identical musical sensibility and preferred a similar style of jazz interpretation. They therefore decided to form a group dedicated to performing the original compositions of all three members, as well as jazz standards in interesting arrangements. The Tom Vybíral Trio also performed in Germany at the Augsburg Festival, where they were joined by the outstanding and world-renowned vibraphonist Wolfgang Lackerschmid as a guest artist.
